Online Banking
On Thomas County Federal’s new web site you will have access
to all of your deposit and loan accounts. The new web site gives
you the ability to view your account history, make one time
transfers, set up automatic transfers to your other Thomas
County Federal accounts, pay bills using the Check Free system,
and download checking account histories into Quicken or
Quickbooks.
One of the new features of our web site allows you to retrieve
check images of items that have cleared your checking account by
simply clicking on the check number on the account history. The
check image will include the front and back of the check.
For the initial log in on the new web site, you will need to
enter your user ID as on the previous web site and enter a
temporary password. The temporary password will be the last 6
digits of your tax identification number. You will then be
prompted to enter a permanent password. This password must be at
least 6 characters in length, and include one upper case
alphanumeric character and one special character.
As with all web sites, internet security is a top priority.
Regulators have required financial institutions to increase the
security of internet banking. Thomas County Federal has
chosen to use the multifactor authentication option to establish
a high level of security. The multifactor authentication option
is completed by choosing a series of questions and answers that
only you will know. Along with the multifactor authentication
security, the computer’s internet provider address will be
monitored.
